What happens after I cancel my subscription?

You'll retain access to your account and previous exports until the end of your billing cycle. After that, you'll be moved to the free tier features, and your videos will be retained according to the retention policy.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What is your refund policy?

For new subscriptions, a full refund is available within 14 days of payment if the Service has not been used at all. Credit packages are refundable within 14 days — full refund if unused, or a pro-rata refund for the unused portion if partially used. For refund requests, please contact billing@vmai.site.

We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal. For enterprise customers, we also offer invoice billing.

Why does my card statement show "Metamind"?

VMAI is a service operated by Metamind. Card payments will appear as "Metamind" on your statement, which is our registered business name. For billing inquiries, please contact billing@vmai.site.

What are the video duration and generation limits per tier?

Free plan allows 4 videos/month up to 3 minutes. Creator plan allows 20 videos/month up to 10 minutes. Pro plan offers unlimited generation with videos up to 20 minutes, and Team plan supports up to 30 minutes.

What is the version limit for videos?

Accepted Answer

When you re-edit a completed video, a new version (v2, v3...) is created. Free plan allows up to v2, Creator up to v4, Pro up to v8 per video, and Team plan has unlimited versions. You can always view previous versions.

How long are my videos stored?

Free plan: 7 days, Creator plan: 30 days, Pro plan: 90 days, Team plan: 1 year. Make sure to download your videos within the retention period.

What is the credit system?

Credits are digital service usage units consumed when you use AI services — not stored value or points. Each service (video rendering, TTS, subtitle generation, image generation, etc.) consumes a set number of credits based on usage volume (duration, number of items, etc.). Each subscription plan includes monthly credits, and you can purchase additional credit packages as a one-time purchase when needed. Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from purchase.
